QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EN ISO 9001-2015

HNMS implements a documented Quality Management System (QMS) for the provision of both Aeronautical and Marine Meteorological Support Services in compliance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015.

The QMS’s objects are:

• "The Provision of Aeronautical Meteorological Support through Meteorological Observations, Forecasting Products and briefing".
• The Provision of Marine Meteorological Support - Marine Safety Information".

HNMS has determined all required processes and the criteria to ensure that these processes are effective. In addition, HNMS monitors the implementation of processes to guarantee the allocation of the needful resources and performs all actions and improvements necessary to achieve the goals.
